👥 Users
Manage everyone in your organisation — invite new agents, create users directly, and control access.
✉️ Invite UserSend an email invite to a new agent. They click the link, set a password, and are added to your org automatically. Uses a seat from your license.
➕ Create UserCreate an account directly without sending an invite email. Useful if you're onboarding someone in person. Set their name, email, and temporary password.
Role: CloserCan use the CloseSignal app — record calls, view sessions, use frameworks and playbooks.
Role: ManagerCan access this Manager Panel, manage users, frameworks, prospects, and settings. Cannot access CS Admin.
Remove UserRemoves the user from your org. Their session data is preserved — it does not get deleted.
Pending InvitesShows invites that haven't been accepted yet. You can cancel them to free up the seat.
🎯 Prospects
Your central prospect database. Closers can load prospect info directly into a call from the app.
Add ProspectEnter name, company, role, and any notes. The prospect is available to all agents in your org to load into calls.
Edit / DeleteUpdate a prospect's details at any time. Deleting removes them from the database but does not affect past sessions linked to them.
Meeting LogTrack touchpoints that happened outside CloseSignal — emails sent, LinkedIn messages, in-person meetings, etc. Useful for full pipeline context.
Search & FilterSearch by name or company. Filter by assigned agent or sort by name / stage.
Pipeline ViewKanban-style board showing prospects by stage. Drag and drop to move between stages. Enterprise plan.
📚 Frameworks
Sales frameworks define the structure of calls. Closers select one before each call so the AI knows how to coach.
Built-in FrameworksCloseSignal ships with standard frameworks (SPIN, Challenger, MEDDIC, etc.). These can't be edited but can be used as-is.
Custom FrameworksCreate your own framework from scratch — name it, describe the stages, and write coaching cues for each stage.
Upload DocumentUpload a PDF, DOCX, or TXT file containing your sales methodology. The AI will extract the framework from your document automatically.
Edit / DeleteEdit any custom framework at any time. Deleting a framework does not remove it from past sessions that used it.
Solo Plan LimitSolo plan orgs can use 1 framework at a time. Enterprise orgs can create and switch between unlimited frameworks.
📖 Playbook Rules
Playbook rules are company-specific coaching instructions that the AI applies on every call — on top of the selected framework.
What is a Rule?A plain-English instruction the AI follows during coaching. E.g. "Always ask for budget before discussing pricing" or "Never offer a discount without manager approval."
Add RuleClick + Add Rule, type the rule, and save. It applies to all agents in your org immediately.
Edit / DeleteUpdate or remove rules at any time. Changes take effect on the next call.
Order MattersRules are applied in the order they appear. Drag to reorder if priority matters.
Best PracticeKeep rules concise and specific. Vague rules produce vague coaching. Aim for 5–15 focused rules.
📞 Sessions
Every recorded call across all agents. Review transcripts, scores, and AI coaching summaries.
Session ListShows all calls with agent name, date, duration, framework used, and overall score. Click any row to expand details.
ScoreAI-generated score (0–100) based on how well the agent followed the framework and playbook rules during the call.
TranscriptFull call transcript with speaker labels. Scroll to review the full conversation.
AI SummaryKey takeaways, strengths, areas to improve, and next steps generated by the AI after the call.
Filter & SortFilter by agent or date range. Sort by date, score, or duration.
Export to PDFDownload a session as a formatted PDF for reporting or sharing. Enterprise plan.
Delete SessionPermanently removes the session. This cannot be undone.
📅 Bookings / Company Calendar
Manage inbound meeting bookings from prospects and view your company-wide calendar.
Company CalendarSee all upcoming bookings across all agents in one view. Shows who the meeting is with and which agent it's assigned to.
Booking SourcesBookings come from: 1) Your company booking page, 2) Agent personal booking pages (if enabled), 3) Manually created entries.
Agent Booking PagesEach agent can have their own booking link (e.g. app.closesignal.ai/book/[agent]). Enable in Agent Queue settings. Enterprise plan.
Company Booking PageA shared booking link for your whole team at /book-company.html. Prospects pick a time and it routes to the right agent via the Agent Queue.
🔄 Closer Queue
Round-robin routing for your company booking page. Distributes inbound bookings fairly across agents.
How It WorksWhen a prospect books via the company booking page, the system assigns them to the next agent in the queue. After assignment, that agent moves to the bottom.
Add to QueueClick + Add Agent to include an agent in the rotation. Only agents in the queue receive company bookings.
ReorderDrag agents up or down to change the rotation order. The agent at the top gets the next booking.
RemoveRemove an agent from the queue to pause their bookings. Their existing bookings are unaffected.
Queue StatsSee how many bookings each agent has received to confirm fair distribution.
